TERMS OF SERVICE

All prices & payments are in British Pounds (£) and must be via PayPal.
Payments (either a 50% deposit or the full amount) must be made to secure your commission slot.
I have the right to accept or decline any commission request.
All personal contact information of the customer will be handled confidentially.
If there is a deadline please let me know beforehand so I can confirm if I can complete it.
Rush Orders have an additional fee of up to 50% on top of the original price.
No refund will be issued unless I have to cancel due to any reason. Revisions can be asked for.
Commissions are for personal, non-commercial use by the commissioner only unless otherwise stated. This means you cannot use my designs on merchandise for resale or sell the artwork itself
I have the right to post any commission on my socials or portfolio (if not discussed otherwise).
The current turnaround is 1-3 weeks*, and Rush Orders are 3-7 days* (depending on the size of the project & communication).
Any artwork produced is not allowed to be used for NFTs.
Any artwork produced may not be put into any AI program.
By commissioning me you have agreed to my Terms of Service.

Logo Design work will include full rights to the design, but you may not resell the logo for logo design work or a logo template.
Seasonal amends on Logo work can be requested for free (depending on complexity)

Streaming Graphics are for personal use only. You can not use these for merchandise or resell.
Commercial rights can be asked for before or after the commission & will include a fee of up to 300%.
